Green IT, today a member of the Telia Group, is the largest IT hardware rental and leasing service provider in Estonia, with over 200 customers and 70,000 devices managed.
We developed a system that includes an internal CRM interface to manage the full lifecycle of contracts and supporting services, as well as a customer self-service portal which also serves as an asset management system for all of Green IT’s equipment.
The initial version of the system was developed in 2008 and has been humming along nicely for nearly 10 years. But technology changes and now it’s time to send it off to a well-deserved retirement - in the fall of 2017 we began a complete rebuild of the system using the latest technologies and incorporating the wisdom gathered during the first 10 years.
